MEET THE DOCTOR
DR. TERRY ZAK
Dr. Terry opened Family Focus Chiropractic & Wellness in 2023! After serving the West Bend community for 6+ years, it was time to connect and create a community at home in Fond Du Lac, WI!
Dr. Terry is a Wisconsin native that grew up in Southern Wisconsin. She attended UW-Whitewater and pursued her Doctorate at Palmer College Of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where she developed her passion for chiropractic and all things wellness.
Although Dr. Terry loves taking care of all ages, she specializes and has a passion for prenatal, pregnancy, and whole family chiropractic care! Most of her post graduate education has been focused through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) where she has earned her Webster Technique Certification and has spent countless hours learning how to best serve your family!
Aside from being a practicing chiropractor, Dr. Terry became certified in Functional Medicine through Functional Medicine University in 2020 with a passion in women's health and PCOS.
In her free time, Dr. Terry enjoys spending time with her family and friends. When not at work, she enjoys spending time at the lake up north, fishing, boating, and enjoying spending time with loved ones and her dog!
